Did you know that 1 in 10 women feel insecure about their body after watching porn? In January 2022, we conducted a study into viewing behavior around porn and porn. This survey showed that 57% of those surveyed watch porn because it has more realistic bodies, there is mutual respect and women really enjoy the eroticism. Eroticism should above all be fun and delicious!

A new category: Body Positivity

We asked our panel, consisting of 2,500 women, for more in-depth information. When asked whether representation of realistic bodies is important to you in erotic videos, 91% responded with 'Yes'. According to the panel, the top 3 characteristics of Body Positivity were: real breasts, a few extra pounds and uncorrected labia. Enough reasons why we have added the 'Body Positivity' category to DUSK-TV! This category contains real women with fuller bodies, but also small breasts or bumps on buttocks.

Why Porn for women?

Unrealistic stories, misogynistic acts, exaggerated moans: especially the pleasure of men is the norm in porn. We find that strange because 'it takes two to tango'. In porna, therefore, the focus is also on female pleasure. More realistic scenes are central. Is that good sex? Certainly not! Also in porna, sex can be hard, soft, rough or playful. The main thing is mutual respect and visible pleasure. It's about embracing the feminine desires and enjoyment of sex. This is important because too many women are ashamed of their own sexuality! Porn has therefore become increasingly popular among both men and women in recent years. Within a year, there was 70% more searches on Google for Porna.

The importance of correct imaging

Milou Deelen is a journalist, writer and feminist. Milou went viral for speaking out against slut shaming at her student association Vindicat.
