#Marilyn Monroe and the Kennedy’s

You don’t get more scandalous than an affair between a married and very popular President of the United States and a Hollywood sex symbol. John F. Kennedy and Robert Kennedy were both rumored to have been love interests of Marilyn Monroe in the early 1960s. But it was John F. Kennedy, who became President of the United States in 1961, that Marilyn Monroe held a true flame for.

Despite Kennedy’s marriage to Jackie Kennedy, he and Monroe had reportedly spent weekends together and had multiple phone calls that came through the White House switchboard. Among more farfetched rumors, some conjecture that Kennedy employed the tunnels under the White House to sneak Monroe in for nightly visits.

Though the affairs were quieted by Kennedy’s entourage, Monroe’s infatuation became a public embarrassment. The concerns about the Kennedy-Monroe affairs were silenced when Monroe’s body was discovered in her home. Despite the official reports which state Marilyn Monroe committed suicide, there are many rumors that the Kennedys had her killed in order to prevent a political disaster.

#Dominique Strauss-Kahn

Dominique Strauss-Kahn is a prominent Socialist Party politician in France. In 2007, he became head of the International Monetary Fund. He is known for his business and political acumen, and being a ladies' man.

When news of alleged affaires leaked, people were joking about it, calling him “Mister 12 inches” ( yes, they were talking about his dick..), “The Penetrator” and even “Billy salami”.

The joking stopped on May 14, 2011, when a 32-year-old New York City hotel maid Nafissatou Diallo accused him of sexual assault. The allegations caused a media frenzy in the United States, and rocked French politics. Strauss-Kahn was the favored Socialist candidate for president, seen as having a strong chance at beating Nicolas Sarkozy in the 2012 election. On May 18, 2011, four days after he was accused, Strauss-Kahn resigned from the IMF. He was indicted the next day on multiple counts of sexual abuse. He was released from jail on $1 million bail and a $5 million bond, and placed under house arrest.  A New York judge eventually dismissed the charges in August.

It remains to be seen whether or not Strauss-Kahn will be able to resuscitate his political career.

Silvio Berlusconi

Silvio Berlusconi is a three-time prime minister of Italy whose career has been marked by sexual indiscretion, political scandals and multiple trials.

Seventeen-year-old 17-year-old belly dancer Karima El Mahroug—also known as Ruby Rubacuori, Karima Keyek, and/or Stealer of Hearts—reveals that Berlusconi gave her $10,000 and jewelry at a Valentine's Day dinner that included the company of 10 other women. But when he found out her age, he backed off—claiming that he'd "had enough problems in the past with another underage girl." El Mahroug tells the world about the now-infamous bunga-bunga parties, described by the Guardian as "sessions involving after-dinner sex between male and female guests."Berlusconi has stated that the gatherings were nothing more than dinner parties.

Berlusconi has never admitted to any wrongdoing—he and his supporters feel he is being persecuted by the left—and he continues to fight all of his convictions. Berlusconi will not have to serve a sentence, or step down from public office, during the appeals process. Even if a conviction is upheld, Berlusconi's age makes him eligible for house arrest, so it is unlikely he will ever go to jail. Some guys….

# Clinton & Lewinsky

In 1995, Bill Clinton was in his first term as President of the United States and Monica Lewinsky was an unpaid intern at the White House. In the following years, a sexual relationship developed between Lewinsky and President Clinton. However, both denied any such relationship existed.

Despite that, Lewinsky began speaking about her relationship with Clinton to her co-worker Linda Tripp. The conversations were taped by Tripp and then turned over to Kenneth Starr, a man who was investigating other matters of the Clinton presidency.

On January 17, 1998 after years of silence, the scandal broke in the mainstream media. President Clinton and the White House fully denied the rumors and even testified under oath that he did not have sexual relations with Lewinsky. For months, Clinton and Lewinsky both remained silent. But after receiving immunity for her grand jury testimony, Lewinsky broke her silence. She turned over evidence which contained Clinton’s DNA( yes, that would be the dress with his sperm on it).

President Bill Clinton was left with no option but to admit in a taped grand jury testimony that he did in fact have an “improper physical relationship” with Lewinsky. Had Clinton admitted his affair immediately, the scandal would have ended there. However, the President had lied under oath, meaning he had perjured himself. Congress sought to impeach President Clinton for perjury and obstruction of justice, however the vote resulted in Clinton’s favor and he remained in office.
